Responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a business or building. Primary responsibilities include keeping the property clean and looking beautiful.

• Keep property up to appearance standard.
• Make sure the property has curb appeal.
• Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing fountains, and other duties.
• Sweep walkway of debris.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping.
• Install lawn furniture.
• Trash out vacant units
• Pressure wash various areas on property
• Keep property clean
