We are an assisted living home with two partners homes in a 7 minute vicinty. We provide compassionate and intentional care for each of our residents. Each home can have up to 10 residents. Our interactions are meaninful and intentional. We foster a team atmosphere where employees colaborate to provide the best care possible.

Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life.
Duties:
- Provide direct support to individuals with age-related disabilities
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status
- Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of medication administration systems is a plus
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques is beneficial
- Ability to perform basic caregiving tasks such as assisting with personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Proficiency in vital sign measurements (e.g., blood pressure, pulse) is desirable
