We treat our front desk as more than just receptionists, that's what sets us apart from other salons. They are our guest services team. Take pride in your work as the face of the salon. Creating an atmosphere of warmth, professionalism and efficiency is essential. As you are responsible for greeting and assisting all guests at arrival to checking them out when they leave and everything in between. While also being in charge of booking all appointments and register transactions. Accuracy is key in this aspect, ensuring all appointments are booked correctly is essential in guaranteeing each service will be performed in full and maintaining correct payments are being processed.

This position requires at least 3 days a week of primarily Morning/Daytime availability.

Evening/Weekend availability is appreciated as well, but not required for position.

Job Responsibilities-

• Greet and check in all guests, offering a beverage
• Assist with product recommendations
• Handle all register transactions
• Answering phone calls and returning any messages
• Booking of all appointments
• Monitoring the appointment books to ensure accuracy and maximize availability
• Be available to help with client inquiries while in the salon
• Have a full understanding on all services we offer to assist with any service questions and book client for correct service to match what they want done
• Monitoring and restocking retail area
• Keeping the front desk organized and clean
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Help with salon upkeep *cleaning/dusting, laundry, dishes

We offer a detailed and meticulous training schedule to educate you on all things body and sol, from product knowledge to booking all types of appointments, processing register transactions and all of our services.

Experience

• Customer Service - some sort of work involving dealing with customers directly
• Salon work - experience working in a salon before, preferred not required
