Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of our facilities and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.

Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify root causes and implement solutions promptly.
- Perform electrical repairs and maintain lighting systems.
- Keep accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner.

Skills:
- Proficiency in using an ohmmeter to measure electrical resistance.
- Ability to interpret and work with schematics for equipment repairs.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
- Experience in facilities maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of buildings.
- Strong leadership skills to guide maintenance teams effectively.
- Knowledge of logic controllers for automated systems maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with staff and external vendors.
- Welding skills for metalwork repairs.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
