**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Production Lead to oversee packaging processes and lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Production Lead will be responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing workflow to meet production goals.

**Duties:**

- Coordinate and oversee daily production activities

- Train and supervise production staff

- Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency and quality output

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance

- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

- Collaborate with management to improve production processes

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day and lift up to 70 pounds

**Skills:**

- Experience in food manufacturing/packaging/assembly

- Experience in operating food packining equipment

- Leadership experience

- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery

- Basic knowledge of food safety, GMP, and lean manufacturing principals

- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
