Alcoa está buscando por Técnica de Manutenção Sr - Área de Elétrica (Vaga exclusiva para Mulheres), para integrar nosso time na unidade de Juruti – PA. Sendo responsável por apoiar a equipe técnica de engenharia de confiabilidade, participar dos fóruns de REX e apresentar melhorias de processos e análises de falhas. As principais responsabilidades da função incluem: Suporte técnico à equipe de execução, ao gestor e à engenharia de confiabilidade; Participar das reuniões/fóruns de REX e apresentar melhorias e realizar diagnósticos e análises de falhas estruturadas em A3; identificar, elaborar e implementar oportunidades de melhorias na área (Plano de sugestões e gestão de mudanças); Participar da reunião de planejamento, 5 semanas e sign-off; e garantir o cumprimento da programação semanal e a execução dos planos de manutenção; Priorizar junto ao planejamento atividades críticas do BI do gatekeeper (time de proativas); Desenvolver tecnicamente os eletricistas de manutenção, elaborar e revisar procedimentos de manutenção; O que você pode oferecer para a função: Ensino Médio Completo; Formação em: Técnico em Eletrotécnica, Técnico em Instrumentação ou Técnico em Automação (mandatório); Conhecimento técnico nas disciplinas de elétrica de baixa e alta tensão, automação e instrumentação; Habilidade com ferramentas de medição; desenhos, metrologia, facilidade em repassar conhecimentos; Vivência profissional com comandos elétricos, circuitos elétricos, inversores de frequência, CCM’s, Normas 3260 / 3269 / 3270, termografia, pneumática, hidráulica; Conhecimentos em NR10; Pacote office; Residir em Juruti/PA.
