Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE New Agent 90 Day Launch training program
  • Collaborate with our sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
  • Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
  • Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to lead generation
  • Sit open at least 2 open houses per week.
  • Engage in our weekly team Power Up sessions as per team guidelines
  • Take part in team activities according to team standards
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
QualificationsA valid Arizona Real Estate License is a must. If you do not have one, we will share with you the path to get you one!

  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
  • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
  • Learning based
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
  • High school graduate
  • Arizona Real estate license
