Are you an experienced Lead project tradesman with a passion for construction? Are you a lead man with a knack to avoid problem-solving and staying ahead of it ? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking a talented and motivated Construction Hybrid tradesman/ Project Manager to join our team. As a construction hybrid tradesman/project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality finishes and managing a variety of construction tradesman. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Implement project plans, including timelines, and resource allocation

- Monitoring project progress and provide skilled craftsmanship to ensure project goals are met

- Coordinate Office with others architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution

- Conduct inspections on construction work, workers and maintain quality control

- Communicate daily project updates

- Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project objectives

- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and mitigate risks

- Keeping up-to company standers

- Best practices to continuously improve finishes & project standers

Requirements:

- Field experience in carpentry

- Proven experience as a project leader in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to effectively lead multiple trades simultaneously

- Learn company software and tools

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
