**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and employees.

**Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol premises on foot and by vehicle (if applicable)

- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property. Verifying residents identificatioñ9p

- Professionaly remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area

- Conduct security checks of buildingds and grounds, secure all necessry exits, doors, and windows after hours

- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation

- Provide assistance to people in need

- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences in a concise manner

**Skills:**

- Conflict management skills-

- Background in law enforcement is a plus

- Possession of relevant certificates (e.g., security guard license)

- First aid certification preferred

- Proficiency in surveillance techniques

- Ability to handle militaristic situations effectively

- CPR certification is advantageous
