Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: Starting pay rate of $17.00, actual wage will be adjusted based on experience.
• Benefits: This is a full-time, seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.

Job Summary:

The Aerial Attendants are responsible for the daily operation of Killington's Ropes Course and Zip Line. Attendants will conduct daily inspections of the attractions, maintain equipment, assist guests with harnessing and provide instruction for the safe and proper use of attractions.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for the daily operation of the Rope's Course, Jump Tower, and Zip Line
• Conduct daily inspections of the attractions
• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and inspection of equipment to ensure it meets safety standards and operational requirements
• Assist guests with harnessing and provide instruction for the safe and proper use of attractions
• Ensure all participants understand safety procedures and are properly equipped
• Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns in order to enhance the overall guest experience
• Monitor participant behavior and adherence to safety guidelines
• Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants by delivering exceptional customer service
• Perform other tasks as assigned
