Our team of skilled providers is committed to excellence in patient care, and we are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team.Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the OB/GYN practice, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Monitor financial performance, including billing, coding, and revenue cycle management.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, vendors, and external partners to enhance patient care delivery.
Foster a positive work environment and lead the administrative team by example.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in healthcare management, preferably in an OB/GYN or women's health setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and billing practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in office management systems and electronic health records (EHR), preferably AthenaOne.
