Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a memorable first impression
- Manage the reservation system, efficiently seating guests and accommodating special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station, ensuring a visually appealing entrance for guests
- Provide accurate wait times and manage the flow of the dining room to optimize seating capacity
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of the house
- Assist in answering phone calls, taking reservations, and addressing guest inquiries
- Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and a genuine desire to exceed expectations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting the elegance and sophistication of our establishment
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer skills
