Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Montessori Lead Teacher at Kingswood Montessori Academy. The Preschool Montessori Lead Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans, providing educational instruction, and facilitating communication with parents and colleagues. They will also be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in lesson planning, education, and teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Montessori (Minimum 3 years)
• Demonstrated ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic educational setting
• Experience with classroom management
• Montessori Certification a MUST
