Job Description : WFG Insurance Sales

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and prospect potential clients to generate leads and build a client base.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide personalized insurance solutions to clients.
  • Educate clients on the importance of insurance coverage and help them make informed decisions.
  • Present and explain insurance policies to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and terms.
  • Assist clients with the application process, including completing necessary paperwork and collecting required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies sold, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements :

  • Proven track record in sales or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
