The Coordinator of Institutional Effectiveness leads the College in planning and institutional effectiveness activities; develops and implements the College’s strategic plan; ensures the College has a current, clearly defined, comprehensive, and published mission statement as well as institutional goals, student learning outcomes, and operation/program outcomes; facilitates the survey process for the College; ensures compliance with COE accreditation requirements through the College’s planning and evaluation processes; works with administration to develop policies, procedures, budgets, and plans for implementing educational support programs. Listed below are the primary responsibilities for the position; however, other professional duties may be assigned by the Dean of Instruction or his/her designee to meet the College’s needs.
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, public administration, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution; three (3) years of full-time experience in managing and monitoring budgets for federal, state, and local programs; three (3) years of full-time experience in policies and procedures for federal, state, and local program are required.
Master’s degree in business, management, public administration, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution; proven grant writing success with federal and/or state agencies; experience conducting organizational research for strategic planning and organizing and presenting information to stakeholders; experience shaping and delivering advocacy and fundraising messaging to local, state, and federal legislators; knowledge of academic research procedures ispreferred.
