All Saints Academy seeks a passionate and qualified Part Time Spanish Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. As a Catholic elementary school serving grades K-8, we are committed to providing a well-rounded education that includes proficiency in Spanish language and culture. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Spanish to elementary and middle school students, a deep understanding of Catholic values, and a desire to foster a love of learning in our students.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans to teach Spanish language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, to students in grades K-8.- Integrate cultural components into lessons to broaden students' understanding and appreciation of Spanish-speaking cultures.- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student participation.- Assess and monitor students' progress in language proficiency and adjust teaching methods as needed to meet individual learning needs.- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students' progress, upcoming events, and opportunities for involvement in language learning outside of the classroom.- Collaborate with other faculty members to align Spanish language instruction with overall curriculum goals and school values.
