Responsibilities:

• Time and flow management of a medical office
• Communication and Rapport with patients
• Strategic Scheduling
• Team coordination and communication
• Training / Managing Employees and Your Department
• Implement standard operating procedures and integrate with interdepartmental flow
• Cleaning
• Phones / emails
• General reception duties
• Tracking stats via Microsoft Office apps and google drive

Qualifications:

• Experience in a medical office
• Organizational skills a must
• Visual-auditory learning style
• Knows how to have fun at the job while maintaining priorities to keep a balance
• Enjoys talking with patients, helping them and building rapport
• Accurate in stats/precision in tasks
• Ability to truly multi task
• Doing what it takes and applying concepts
