Job Description
An opportunity to join an established firm specializing in commercial and industrial construction. This position is part of a high-performance team that includes experienced project managers, estimators, superintendents, and field crews. This position oversees and directs construction projects from conception through completion. It includes overseeing both onsite and offsite construction activities; coordinating, managing, and planning the stages of construction; ensuring compliance with building regulations; meeting with clients and building officials, and maintaining detailed documentation.
Qualifications
· Commercial and/or industrial construction project management experience required.
· Must be familiar with commercial construction building codes and regulations.
· Strong technical and mathematical skills.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Good organizational skills.
· Must be a team player.
· Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Must have the ability to meet and communicate well with clients and building officials.
· Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
