Magnolia Meadows is an adult behavioral health treatment program exclusively for first responders and military. We are located in the serene countryside of Waverly, TN. As we grow, we are adding more nurses to our team. You will support and monitor the overall wellness of the clients. Using standard nursing practices, you will provide care to our clients, focusing on medication administration, checking vital signs, gathering samples for lab work, and completing nursing assessments.
