HANDYMAN / SUPERINTENDENT FOR AN APARTMENT COMPLEX

Looking for a handy man to do general repairs at an apartment complex.
Need to be able to make repairs such as:
Plumbing...Faucet repair, open drains, repair leaks in drains
Electrical, change outlets and switches
Small Carpentry repairs
Install Cabinets
Paint
Spackle
Concrete repairs
Fabricate screens for windows
MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS

bilingual a plus

$750.00 per week

MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
