Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Schedule and coordinate work activities, including assigning tasks to electricians and subcontractors
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide guidance on problem-solving techniques
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or requests throughout the project
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
