Position Overview:

In House is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Account & Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this innovative role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, managing client relationships, and providing operational support to ensure the seamless operation of our business. Responsibilities:

  1. Member Experience Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing personalized assistance and support to address inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with members, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Proactively engage with members to gather feedback, address issues, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience with In House.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of member inquiries and service requests.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within In House.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for additional services or value-added solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  1. Operational Support:
  • Maintain accurate member records, contracts, and billing information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate scheduling of maintenance appointments and manage service provider assignments to meet member expectations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and documentation in support of day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or client relations, preferably in a subscription-based or membership service environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on building rapport and fostering positive relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Availability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule, with occasional availability outside regular hours to accommodate client needs.
