As a Lead Technician for ProShine, your day will begin by reviewing the current day's worklist, stocking the truck as needed, and briefing your work partner on the plan for the day.

While working at the job site, you will perform various tasks ranging from roof cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, window washing, screen cleaning, and gutter cleaning. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for the client, quality assurance after the job is complete, promote safety compliance, and provide training as needed.

We work on all properties, including residential, commercial buildings, and storefronts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A valid driver's license and the ability to be insured to operate company vehicles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior facility maintenance experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds
• Ability to stand and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and at heights
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Available to work weekends
