Puget Sound Beverage Service is a locally owned and operated Office Coffee and Water Filtration Service Provider. We are based in the brewery district of downtown Tacoma.

We are currently hiring for the position of Route Relief Delivery Driver. The duties of this job include fill in delivery of coffee and breakroom office supplies to our customers in the Puget Sound Region. Minor coffee brewer service and filtration cooler service is also part of the duties of this position.

Training will be provided, no technical experience is required.

This position is for fill in and relief route driving for holiday schedules, vacations, and route drivers who are out sick. When no route relief is needed, this position will continue to supply hours in the form of warehouse help.

Additionally, this position has a natural lead-in to a full time Route Delivery Representative position. Route Delivery Reps are guarantied 40 hours per week as well as access to Employee Benefits plans, paid sick leave and paid vacation time. Full Time Delivery Reps also have a higher wage as compared to route relief positions.

Route Delivery Representatives are the face of our company to our customers so great people skills and attention to detail are a must.

Starting pay for Route Relief is $20 per hour. At 60 days, there is a review that comes with a compensation raise to $21 per hour. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.

After 60 day period, access to employee Health & Dental Plan are available as well as access to 401K program.

Additional Commission Pay can be earned for placement of new accounts. Commission pay is 25% of sales on all new accounts for the first 4 months of service and flat $50 commission for all new water filtration coolers placed.

Selling of new accounts is available to all Route Delivery Reps, but is not a requirement of the job.

Interested applicants should have a clean driving record, be able to lift at least 40lbs. Driving knowledge of the area and technical aptitude is a plus.
