We are seeking a dedicated Evening Social Attendant to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the evening buffet while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all evening food items according to recipes and standards
• Set up and breakdown the evening buffet station
• Restock, maintain, and clean food serving and preparation areas
• Clear tables and surrounding dining areas, ensuring cleanliness
• Monitor food quality and consistency, ensuring proper temperatures
• Provide prompt, courteous service to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Properly dispose of used plates, utensils, napkins, and cups
• Assist with inventory management by ordering supplies as needed
• Comply with all food safety requirements and attend mandatory meetings
• Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to obtain Food Handler's Card and Liquor Service Permit (must be 21 )
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to follow verbal and written instructions
• Capability to carry/balance trays up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for 6-8 hours
• Flexibility to work any day of the week on varying shifts
• Professional appearance and ability to work well under pressure
