A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTORATIVE/TREATMENT NURSE As an Restorative/Treatment Nurse at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you are responsible for overseeing and implementing restorative and rehabilitative programs for residents/patients in the facility. You will be helping residents/patients achieve their highest level of physical functioning and enhances their overall well-being by implementing restorative care plans and providing targeted interventions.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTORATIVE/TREATMENT NURSE

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, with experience in restorative or rehabilitative nursing preferred.
• Certification in rehabilitation nursing or related specialty area is desirable.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of restorative and rehabilitative principles, techniques, and interventions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
