Seeking a Kindergarten teacher that is patient, energetic, and organized to complement our qualified teaching team of Classical Education educators. Responsibilities include preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s Classical requirements for a class of 10 students. The ideal candidate will have a strong, Godly personality, have a heart for ministry, and will be passionate about teaching with the ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. Candidate will organize and build a classroom where students love coming to school and learning.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans

-Attend weekly staff meeting
- Provide individualized support for students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a structured and organized learning space
- Collaborate with other Grammar school teachers to reach a united goal for yearly programs and activities

Requirements:
- Love for God and sharing his love with others
- Previous experience working with elementary aged students
- Strong written communication skills to effectively write lesson plans and communicate with parents
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and adapt teaching strategies accordingly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20,000.00 per year
