H&C Construction ( Design – Build ). One of the DMV area’s major Home Remodeling and renovation companies is looking for a Data Entry/ Administrative Assistant to input data into a CRM system, receive and make calls, collect and organize payments, coordinate schedule. In this position, you will be responsible for working closely with the owner and manager. Your role will be to assist in ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, inputting data, answering phone calls, collecting payments from clients, communicating with homeowners, creating internal systems, and ensuring communication. A successful applicant should have experience with various office software (email, Docu-sign, excel, CRM, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.
