Jobs Overview:

We are looking for 2 different full-time positions for our up-to-date dental office in St. Charles. Front Desk receptionist & Orthodontic Dental Assistant.

Office hours: Mon.10-7, Wed.10-6, Thurs 11-7. 2x Sat 8-3. & 2xTues 10-3/ month. Starting at $17-19/hour depending on experience.

We are seeking a skilled and friendly full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.

Front Desk Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Eaglesoft software
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries
- Collect patient information and update medical & dental records
- Coordinate patient flow and manage the waiting area

We are also looking for a full-time Orthodontic Assistant. Experience a plus, but willing to train. We are looking for someone who is a team player, hard working & good with patients.

Orthodontic Assistant Duties:

-Assist with orthodontic & dental procedures by preparing rooms, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the dental team.

-We do braces and Invisalign. Change wires, explain braces & Invisalign . Organize cases.

-Also, will assistant with other dental procedure. Set up & sterilize rooms.
