Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Responsibilities:
Answer calls, meet with clients, maintain the schedule, and mail documents.
Order title searches, prepare preliminary title opinions for review by attorneys.
Prepare closing disclosures
Prepare closing documents.
General tasks and duties related to the function of the firm.
Skills:
Microsoft Office proficiency
PDF efficiency
Minimal research skills
Efficient with email and excel spreadsheets
Docusign
Notary Public

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
