~ AMs PRN - 7a-3p, Weekends only - $43ph

~ PMs FT - 3p-11p, Must Work Every Other Weekend

~ Nights FT - 11p-7a, Must Work Every Other Weekend

~ PRN - all shifts - $43ph

** $48.00 per hour is the top 'No Benefits' rate of $43.00 per hour, plus the $5.00 Sign on Bonus. Actual rate depends upon benefit plan chosen. No Bonus for PRN - PRN earn $43ph.

Weekend Shift Differentials :

1st shift Weekends $1.00 per hour

2nd Shift Weekends $2.00 per hour

3rd Shift Weekends $2.00 per hour

Floor Differential:

If assigned to work the 2nd Floor Complex Care Unit, a $2/hr bonus is earned.

• Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed in the State of Illinois
• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred
• Vent/Trach experience a pus
• Must be committed to insuring our residents receive the highest standards of care
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
