Qualified Candidates should have the following skills and experience:
- Strong leadership skills
- Passion for the food service industry
- Understanding of systems and processes and ability to create and implement
- Strong food and bar knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to hire, train, and mentor all staff members
