Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Duties:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and customer preferences
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
- Ensure pizzas are cooked in a timely manner to meet customer orders
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with meal preparation for catering events, as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a pizza restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food service best practices
- Proficient in meal preparation, including dough stretching, sauce spreading, and topping distribution
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers
- Strong knife skills for slicing ingredients
- Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
