Harbor Kids Teeth, Dr. Lisa Block, is hiring a new front office team member! Our busy pediatric dental practice is looking for a personable front office staff member (around 20-25 hours a week). The perfect candidate will have strong organizational skills, be eager to learn, be friendly and outgoing, and will provide an exceptional customer service experience, both in person and on the phone. Experience with dental scheduling and use of Dentrix would be a plus, but some dental knowledge/dental background is preferred! This front office position will greet and check in patients, check insurance coverage, answer phone calls and schedule appointments, as well as confirm patient appointments.
