Full Time, Day Shift, Paid Training
Immediate opening for an industrial tech with specific experience working on hoists and overhead cranes to join our field service team. We offer paid training and opportunities for growth.

Duties:
-Evaluate, repair, and perform scheduled maintenance on overhead material handling equipment such as hoists and overhead cranes
-Troubleshoot breakdowns
-Contribute to system installations
-Deal directly with customers and maintain the customer service relationship
-Manage customer documentation
-Occasionally travel overnight to a job location
-Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization

Paid Job Training:
In weeks 1-2 of employment:
-OSHA 10 certification
-Forklift certification
-Aerial work platform certification
-Competent Person Fall Protection Training
After 90 days of employment:
-Overhead crane inspection certification
- Variable frequency drive installation and programming
- Manufacturers' hoist inspection & repair certification (CM, Harrington & JD Neuhaus)

Required Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years experience working on hoists and/or overhead cranes, including bridge cranes, jibs, gantries or workstation cranes.
-Able to work with minimal supervision
-Excellent communication skills for direct contact with customers
-Able to work at heights
-Able to lift up to 70 lbs
-Valid Drivers License, good driving record, and clean drug test required
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Must be willing to travel as needed to customer locations, occasionally overnight
-Must reside within 40 miles of Clarksburg, NJ

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with industrial or other equipment repairs
-Welding or machining experience
-Vocational diploma or technical certificate
-Veterans/ armed services experienced
