Position: Family Therapist - Mental Health and Mood Disorder Programming

Join the team at Sandstone Care in Denver, Colorado, and play a vital role in providing therapy, education, and support in our Mental Health and Mood Disorder Programming. As a Family Therapist, you will lead Multi-Family Groups and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care, fostering the growth and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and young adults in our specialized Mental Health and Mood Disorder Programming.
• Facilitate Multi-Family Groups as an integral part of our therapeutic approach, guiding and supporting clients and their families.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including therapists, medical providers, and house managers, to ensure comprehensive and effective client care.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Some evenings required

Compensation: Competitive Annual Salary of $57,500-68,000 Annual Salary

Training & Experience:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Clinical License is required (Must be licensed in Colorado or able to transfer license prior to the start date)
• Preferred licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT. LPCC, LSW, MFTC licensure will also be considered.
• Previous experience in family therapy and mental health treatment is required.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
• Comfortable leading groups of 15-30 people.
