LOCATION: Colorado Springs, CO 

SCHEUDLE: Part Time / PRN 

COMPENSATION: $17.00 - $20.50 Per Hour (Dependent on location and shift) $1-2 post hire increases available Part Time Benefits.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES: 

• Floor Management - Eyes on the clients at all times
• Daily Operations - Think laundry, setting up meals (catered in), and supporting where needed. 
• Experiential Activities - Think hiking, yoga, gardening, etc.
• Verbal Client De-escalation and Redirection 
• Full Team Collaboration and Support 

QUALTIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of college education OR a high school diploma with year of experience in the Human Services field
• Previous experience with treatment of substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders is required.
• Training in verbal de-escalation and/or mental health is strongly preferred. 
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions is required - Must be willing to transport clients in a 15 passenger van.
• Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience.
