Mary's Child & Pet Care, LLC (MCPC) is a Boutique Agency catering to children and pets, ensuring peace of mind for busy families.
We bring the Families and child / pet care shifts to you! Please note : You do not have to have the FULL availability for the below position to apply.
This family is OPEN to working with 2 Nannies (if needed) to fill the days and times.
Position Types : Part and Full-time, and Temp Nannying, Summer Care, etc.
Nanny Position Opening :
9 / 1 NEWBORN NANNY POTENTIAL FOR UP TO 3-4 YEARS IF ALL GOES WELL. MINIMUM COMMITMENT 1 YEAR. No transports needed. Mom works from home.
Some weeks are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, other weeks 2x per week, but average hours total 30 hours per week when total monthly hours are averaged, etc.

We are seeking experienced and energetic Care Providers / Caregivers to join our growing team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth.
The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, reliable, trustworthy, and creative. If you have a passion for families and keeping children safe and engaged, we want to hear from you! Please note, Families have their own personal preferences and job duties, these are MCPC general and preferred qualifications.
Responsibilities :
- Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Supervise a daily or weekly schedule
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Ensure Child Safety, Engage With Children
- Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities, sleep schedules, etc.
- This will really depend on the individual family / families you are matched with
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a daycare teacher, childcare provider or babysitter
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First Aid / CPR certified
- Background Check Approved
- Driver’s License
