United Property Group is Hiring a Property Manager Near Newport, KY

We are a family-oriented company in search of a skilled Property Manager for our Churchill Apartment Community located in Fort Thomas, KY. The Property Manager oversees the needs of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors and staff.

PLEASE NOTE: The first week of employment will be full-time training at our property located in Hamilton, OH. The 2nd week and forward will be at Churchill Apartments in Fort Thomas, KY.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property office
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing excellent customer service
  • Handle leasing, show and advertise vacant apartments
  • Screen and approve applications for residency
  • Coordinate property maintenance and apartment turns
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
  • Oversee facilities management, ensuring a safe and well-maintained property
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Prepare and enforce a lease agreements
  • Handle evictions and process move outs
  • Supervise on-site employees

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years previous experience in property management
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in data entry and file management
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of lease agreements, contracts, and legal requirements related to property management
  • Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Management software and Microsoft Office experience
  • Punctual and dependable; reliable transportation
  • Able to work 8-hour/Monday-Friday (8/9:00 am to 4:30/5:30 pm)
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
