Uniquely Me Therapies is a company looking for compassionate, ethical, and well-rounded individuals to take on the role of a BCBA Supervisor. The requirements include the following:

- Conducting assessments and FBAs

- Creating Behavior Intervention Plans

- Writing appropriate individualized treatment goals in line with ABA principles

- Follow guidelines set forth by the insurance companies as well as Uniquely Me Therapies' policies and procedures

- Keep up with billing protocols (Theralytics)

- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and RBTs

- Maintain well-organized notes on sessions held

- Maintain client data collection, add new targets, and supervise all that entails for each client

- Small case load (up to 25 billable hours per week)

- For every 1 hour of direct services with clients, 15 minutes of indirect office time is given at the same rate to create materials, update programming, and other items required for the BCBA position.

- Give training and education to RBTs and stakeholders monthly by using BST techniques

- Render SOAP notes in a timely fashion

- Maintain a healthy work/life balance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
