• COVID vaccine required
• Yes. Exemption will be considered.
• Weekly schedule
• 8am to 5 pm.
• Late clinic is 10am to 7 pm.
• There is Sunday Clinic that rotates - On-Call Schedule - 2 days a month on the weekends. 8am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday
• Patient volume per day?
• Each provider sees an average of 5 to 8 patients per day
• Credentialing requirements?
• Federal forms, fingerprints, profile.
• Clearance timeframe
• 2 - 4 weeks
• Support staff
• Each provider has a nurse, navigator and nursing assistant No special procedures, OPD does do telehealth.
