Experience: Required 2-3 years of experinec

Required Licensure & Certifications: BLS,RN License, ACLS

Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Utilize EMR systems to accurately document patient information and treatment plans.
- Conduct patient assessments to identify health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Implement nursing interventions based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Stay updated on best practices and guidelines in medical/surgical/telemetry nursing.

Pay: $2,052.00 - $2,516.00 per week
