Full Time Mature Nanny needed for infant and school aged child (Naples, 34103)

Three Flamingos Agency is working with a busy family to find them a long term Nanny for their growing family!

Days: Monday-Friday; some weekends as needed for overnight

Time: 12:00-8:00

Pay: $30-40/hr, but negotiable for the right candidate

Children(s) ages: Boy (9), Girl (1 week old)

Description:

Busy Naples family is seeking a long term nanny for their growing Family! This sweet family has a lovely 9 year old boy and just welcomed their second baby, a girl, last week. They are looking for a Nanny who is mature, has ample experience with infants and children, and is able to be flexible as needed. Their current nanny has played an important part of their family and they would love for their next nanny to as well! Parents do travel from time to time, so Nanny would need to be okay and open with doing overnights and weekends as needed. This family considers themselves to be more on the private side, so candidates are encouraged to be discreet and seamlessly blend into their family. Nanny will be expected to sign an NDA.

Their ideal Nanny would be someone who has ample experience in caring for infants and toddlers and can be an active member in their parenting team as time progresses. They would love a Nanny who is a self starter and isn’t afraid to take initiative. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who has experience in running a home, has worked with a family in this type of role, and is able to work and thrive in a high functioning environment. It is imperative that Nanny be capable of multi-tasking with a young baby and older child.

It is important that their Nanny is proactive, safety cautious, a great communicator, and can take initiative when needed. Someone who is warm, has a great energy and disposition about them, and truly cares about their children and family will be a wonderful candidate for this family. This position would involve actively working with Mom, so someone who is able to do so in a professional manner would be ideal.

Working hours will be Monday-Friday, 12-8, but family would appreciate flexibility here and there if needed for extra hours throughout the week. The family would appreciate a nanny who could accompany them on trips throughout the year if able. No deep cleaning of the home will be required- the family has a cleaning company who will also be within the home throughout the week.

Duties of this role would include, but are not limited to:

- overall childcare duties for both children (that is the most important to them)

-maintaining the overall cleanliness of the common areas of the home

- ensuring the absolute safety and well being of the children

- working collaboratively with parents to ensure that things are running smoothly and children are hitting milestones

- light housekeeping such as children’s laundry, meal prep for children, bottle prep and cleaning, unloading/loading dishwasher, vacuuming as needed, and maintaining cleanliness within the home

Candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to provide their own transportation. A nanny car WILL be provided for Nanny

Family is looking for a candidate who can provide longevity and is open for travel!

Family is willing to offer PTO, guaranteed hours, and health insurance to the right candidate.

All candidates must:

- be able to provide at least 3 references related to this role

- have a valid and clean drivers license

- be able to pass a comprehensive background check

- be willing to grow with a family and value longevity

- have at least 10 years of childcare experience working with infants and toddlers

- have CPR certification or be willing to become certified
