YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Your schedule will be full-time, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. Flexibility is key, as you may need to work occasional nights and weekends or travel overnight to job sites.

As our General Maintenance Technician, you'll use your expertise to troubleshoot and close out jobs efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction. From servicing work orders at diverse locations to performing electrical, plumbing, drywall, and flooring repairs, each day presents new challenges. You'll respond to emergency service requests promptly, and maintain open communication with our management team and customers. By documenting your work diligently and adhering to job specifications, you play a vital role in upholding our standards of excellence!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• General construction and maintenance experience
• Physical ability to perform general construction tasks, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use our company software platforms
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
• Excellent attendance, dependability, and reliability
• Strong troubleshooting and documenting skills
• Great communication skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
