West End Print Shop is Hiring a Copy and Print Associate Near Atlanta, GA
Print Shop in Atlanta is looking for Customer Service Associate with some graphic design skills to join our team. Our ideal candidate has PRINT SHOP EXPERIENCE, is a self-starter, ambitious, multi-tasker and hard-working. Must have excellent customer service skills and some graphic art experience. Preferably Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Publisher. THIS IS NOT A GRAPHIC DESIGNER POSITION.
Responsibilities:
Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
Assist customers with computers/phones (emailing files for printing).
Advises customers by providing knowledge on products.
Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
Use judgment to solve customer problems.
Provides fast, friendly, and accurate service in a fast-paced, high-volume print shop.
Time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and provide follow-up.
Maintains scheduling commitments.
Design logos, business cards, flyers, typeset and etc. for customers.
Qualifications:
30 hours per week, Tuesday -Friday (2pm - 7pm), Saturday (9am-3pm).
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers.
Able to problem solve as issues arise.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
