Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, hospitality, or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, dietary aide, or food preparation is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer needs
- Familiarity with banquet service, catering, or similar environments is beneficial
