We are seeking a design professional to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, self-motivated, creative, and have a positive attitude. We expect this candidate to hit the ground running, with the ability to manage the projects from concept through completion.

Requirementt:

• Architectural Degree
• Must have demonstrated ability for hand sketching, as well as ability to use computer software for design.
• Must have detailed knowledge of all phases of architectural and engineering practice.
• Contribute to all stages of the design process: Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Administration
• Must be proficient with AutoCAD & Revit.
• Must be proficient with Sketchup, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Rhino, V-Ray, and other imaging and rendering software.
• Must be proficient with building physical models of conceptual designs as well as final building models.
• Must be willing and able to travel to ANR office and project locations.
• Must be proficient in architectural design; producing floor plans, schematic design, elevations, renderings, and photorealistic color renderings and walkthroughs with roof lines, pitches, beams, additions, renovations.
• Advanced 2D and 3D software and/or technologies experience.
• Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction
• Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
• Participate in client meetings and on-site visits
• Sophisticated eye for interior architecture, color mix, materials selections and fine details.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage complex projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Original thinking, creativity, and the ability to develop innovative approaches
