Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse client population. This position requires a strong commitment to evidence-based practices and a dedication to improving the mental health and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy, including CBT, ACT, SFBT, MBCT, and other relevant modalities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, psychosocial rehabilitation specialists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
  • Provide telemedicine services as required, adhering to PPS guidelines and standards.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and case consultations.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Experience providing therapy in both in-person and telemedicine settings.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
  • Commitment to participate in program and company activities
