Responsibilities:

● Patient Support: Provide direct care and emotional support to individuals with mental health disorders, fostering a therapeutic and empathetic environment.

● Observation and Documentation: Monitor and document patient behavior, progress, and any significant incidents, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

● Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with therapists, med providers, and other healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans and contribute to the development of individualized care strategies.

● Crisis Intervention: Assist in crisis situations by employing de-escalation techniques and following established protocols to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

● Therapeutic Activities: Engage patients in therapeutic and recreational activities to enhance their mental and emotional well-being.

● Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team, fostering a collaborative and transparent environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
