Key Responsibilities:

· Processing customer payments and preparing daily deposits.

· Handling customer billing and maintaining accurate financial records.

· Direct interaction with customers, including taking calls and proactive communication for account management.

· Scanning and organizing accounting documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with customers and team members.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Experience in customer service or a similar role is highly preferred.

· Proficiency in basic accounting practices and software.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Starting salary range: $26,000 - $29,120, dependent on experience.
